Energy Storage Industry Corporate Responsibility Initiative

The Energy Storage Industry Corporate Responsibility Initiative launches with the execution of the Corporate Responsibility Pledge by energy storage industry stakeholders, which signals the intent of all signatories to engage in a good-faith effort to optimize performance, minimize risk and serve as an exemplary corporate citizen in the manufacturing, deployment, implementation and operation of energy storage projects across the United States.

1. Review the Corporate Responsibility Pledge with your company, and have an authorized representative execute and return it here.

2. RSVP for the April 18 Pledge Launch Luncheon and the April 18 Task Force meeting.

3. Attend the April 18 events in Phoenix.

11:30 – 1:00 p.m.: Energy Storage Corporate Responsibility Pledge Luncheon

Members of the media and signatories of the Pledge are invited to join us for a luncheon during which the Pledge will be unveiled with all signatories. Executives representing signatory companies will be invited to make a brief public statement.

1:00 – 4:00 p.m.: First Meeting of the Energy Storage Corporate Responsibility Task Force

Phoenix Convention Center, North 221 A – C

Representatives from all Pledge signatory companies are invited to participate in the inaugural meeting of the Task Force. The first meeting of the Task Force will address two of the three topics identified in the pledge: potential operational hazards that arise in the deployment, integration and operation of energy storage resources, as well as recycling and end-of-life challenges.
