    The European Association for Storage of Energy (EASE) is the voice of the energy storage community, actively promoting the use of energy storage in Europe and worldwide. EASE actively supports the deployment of energy storage as an indispensable instrument to improve the flexibility of and deliver services to the energy system with respect to European energy and climate policy. EASE seeks to build a European platform for sharing and disseminating energy storage-related information. EASE ultimately aims to support the transition towards a sustainable, flexible and stable energy system in Europe.

    The DOE International Energy Storage Database is quickly becoming the go-to source for unbiased, accurate, and up to date information on energy storage projects and policies. The database is publicly accessible and simple to use, providing an open-access resource for detailed energy storage project and policy information, and allowing users to contribute data through a third-party vetting process. The goal of this project is to expand the industry by creating a centralized, publicly available source of accessible data.

    The DOE Global Energy Storage Database provides free, up-to-date information on grid-connected energy storage projects and relevant state and federal policies. All information is vetted through a third-party verification process. All data can be exported to Excel or PDF. Our hope is that this site will contribute to the rapid development and deployment of energy storage technologies.
