WEBINAR: FERC Order 841: A Hot-off-the-Presses Look at Compliance Plans and Next Steps

December 5, 2018 - 14:00 to 15:00 EST
FREE for ESA members / $50 for Nonmembers

It’s been over 9 months since the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) unanimously approved Order 841 – a landmark rule directing regional grid operators to allow energy storage resources to compete in wholesale markets on a level playing field with other energy resources.  In the months since this milestone ruling, the Energy Storage Association (ESA) and our member companies have engaged in stakeholder processes across the country to advocate on behalf of the storage industry as Order 841 compliance plans took shape.

With Order 841 compliance filings due to the FERC on Monday, December 3, the questions of the hour become:  what is in those filings? And, what comes next?  Join us next Wednesday for our hot-off-the-presses take on the various Order 841 compliance filings!

During this webinar attendees will:
• Receive an introduction to the top take-aways and issues to watch for in each regional grid operator’s compliance filing.
• Learn about potential next steps that ESA, its member companies, and other stakeholders may take with respect to the Order 841 filings.
• Engage directly with ESA’s policy team and expert consultants to get your questions answered in real time.
