Kiran Kumaraswamy is Vice President of Market Applications at Fluence, managing a team that helps customers identify applications that are attractive for energy storage development worldwide, developing and implementing Fluence's go to market strategies for key markets, including implementing regulatory and policy solutions that create access for new markets. Prior to joining Fluence, he worked as a Senior Manager in ICF International advising private sector clients on wholesale power market and transmission issues. He holds an MS in Electrical Engineering from University of Wisconsin, Madison and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Madras, India.

Kate McKeever is the Director of State Affairs for RWE Renewables Americas, LLC where she is responsible for government relations and public policy for offshore wind in the United States. Prior to joining RWE, Ms. McKeever was the Director of Regulatory and Institutional Affairs at Enel Green Power North America.  Before moving over to the private sector, she worked for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for 17 years where she held numerous high-level positions in two Administrations. Ms. McKeever earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from Temple University and received her Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School.

Peter currently manages energy projects at Amazon Web Services. His previous roles have centered on providing strategy and analysis for utility, distributed energy, and financial organizations. Prior to his role at AWS, Peter held a management position at consulting firm Enovation Partners. Additional experience includes teaching at The University of Chicago and providing expert advice on energy challenges in positions at Navigant and Houlihan Lokey. He is skilled in all facets of power engineering, data science, and finance, having worked as an Engineer at Sempra Energy and the Illinois Department of Natural Resources, and as an Energy Trader at TransMarket Group. He also has a strong educational background in electrical engineering, finance, and mathematics at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, holding a Masters in Financial Mathematics from the University of Chicago, and a bachelors in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Kelli Joseph works across both wholesale and retail electricity markets on regulatory policy, market design, and power system economics. She currently leads U.S. regulatory and market strategy efforts at Clearway Energy Group. Kelli has worked at NRG, the NYISO, the World Bank, the UNDP, with a venture-backed advanced gasification start-up, and is an Adjunct Professor in the Clarkson University Business of Energy program. She was recently selected to participate in the NARUC-NASEO Comprehensive Electricity Planning Task Force. Dr. Joseph holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Virginia, an M.A. in Sociology from the University of Virginia, and an MBA with a Finance concentration, from IE Business School in Spain, where she was a U.S. Fulbright Scholar.

With a cross-functional background in technology, markets, and applications, he has held leadership roles in energy storage technology companies in product management, policy, and marketing, with a personal focus on safety as a member of the NFPA 855 standards committee. Roger is a recognized expert and key contributor to the energy storage industry, with degrees in materials science from MIT and Rutgers University, and is an inventor on ten United States patents.
