ESA Urges Removal of Energy Storage Components from Proposed Sec 301 Tariffs

Today ESA will file written comments with the U.S. Trade Representative seeking removal of lithium-ion batteries and containers from the proposed 25% tariffs on Chinese goods. ESA’s written comments follow our public statement on this proposed trade action.  ESA has been scheduled to give testimony at the public hearings that USTR is holding through next week.
